Earth Love- What do You Do?

How cute are these birds. Seriously! I took a couple minutes the other night to make this pair from the new Earth Love by Cosmo Cricket. I got my paper and my chipboard accents at Die Cuts R Us. Seriously, the line is adorable. Full of birds, butterflies, mushrooms, flourishes, flowers, and more. You should check it out. Sp, sspeaking of the Earth, tell me what you have done to Go Green. I really haven't met one person who hasn't changed something! Share!

Those bird cards are just incredibly cute!

I've always been a recycler and have tried my best to impact the earth as little as possible, but I'm even more careful now! I have even started using scrapbook papers that I don't like by flipping them over to the back and stamping on them!

Hey hun! I just love those birds! So cute!
To go green in my scrapping I started using the empty cereal boxes and other cardboard boxes of that type as backers for my ATC cards. It gives them a good amount of stability and allows me to recycle!

Love the birds! These are really good ideas! Right now, the way I am recycling with my scrapbooking is by reusing. I have been taking all my scraps and making butterfly and flowe embellishments out of them with my punches and some bling or buttons.

Also, as silly as it sounds, when my dogs come back from the groomers I have started cutting up their bandanas (after washing them) and using them in projects. Cannot wait to read what others write. Great topic!

Cute little birds. We are a green household for sure. We have a 325 gallon water tank in the basement and another 350 gallon water tank in the back yard to collect and store rainwater. My DH has it hooked up with a pump to the in ground sprinkler system, so we can proudly say we have not used any (city) water on our lawn in the last 2 years. It will take us another 20 years to re coup the cost, but the savings to the planet are immeasurable!

I always recycle and now I'm even using some of that stuff for crafts..LOL! I am building a new house and we are also going to try and go green or eco-friendly when possible. We are putting a metal roof on for starters!
