Flashback Friday- Bundle of Joy

Welcome to Flashback Friday! I have a love for pretty embellishments I hoard >/strike> save them for special occasions :) I made these a while back and loved them. I debated forever whether to keep them or make them into tags to sell. The latter won. And they quickly found their way into a package heading to Elsmere, Kentucky. The little stamped sentiment is from Papertry Ink and the paper was from my scrap stash. A little cuting and some pearlls and they were easy peasy! So, now for the Flashback Friday question: What's your idea of the perfect baby shower gift? Maybe it was one you have gotten or given? Share! Mine: I loved getting clothes that were NOT 6 months or smaller, lol. I loved getting mega packs of diapers, and I LOVED my monogrammed items. He had a blanket that said Aunt Sissy loves me, a burp cloth that said "Heading to Nana and Papa's, another "Go Yankees" & "Don't let your babies grow up to be Red Sox fans" and so many more.. :) Can't wait to read your comments!!!

Cute - great color scheme. Is it my computer but is your font very small and has a strike through (?) Maybe I need to reload the page.

Love them!

I see the very tiny font with a line running through it also....I can barely read your text.

When I have to buy a baby gift I always get clothing that is 6-9 months because the little ones just grow so fast.

Beautiful color combo for your project!!

Since I don't have any kids I would have to say some useful items like diapers or clothes that were much bigger since they grow out of them so fast. Also I like to give learning toys.

Beautiful embellishments!!! I love the colors.

One of my favorite gifts was a baby book, because it helped me keep track of milestones.
Diapers were awesome, because we were so tight on many at that time.

Okay I love them but need them in baby blue please, lol.
Favorite baby shower gifts are wash cloths, everyone gives them then you get to pick the cutest ones because you have a million to go through!! Trenton got a blue starred baby blanket from my cousin (his blankey still) so I have to say that is my absolute favorite gift Trenton recieved. Gift cards are always great b/c you can go and buy all the cutie things you didn't want to spend YOUR actual money on, lol.
And by the way Matthew recieved the cutest gifts, he is so blesses and has a wonderful family that loves him more than the world itself. Something to be chersished forever!!!

Thanks for stopping by!
