Does anyone......
Does anyone have a basket or tray on their desk that looks like this??? It has all the little stuff that seems to collect, get left out, found, forgotten, etc in it. I think I am going to start making at least one project a week where I have to use 3 things from the Catch All Tray :) It has ribbon, buttons, paper scraps, crocheted flowers, mini note cards, punch outs, etc.... What does yours have in it??

Mostly mine has little paper scraps; tiny bits of ribbon and lots of misc...like buttons, brads, gems etc. that I pulled out and didn't put back away right after making my card. Sometimes I make a card out of just things from my misc basket.
Girl, I totally understand! My junk box is a show box filled with: pictures I want to scrap, scraps of whatever, leftover page protectors, letter stickers, things I don't know WHAT they are! ha!
I guess I need to clean more ; )

This looks pretty organized to me compared to my little space! lol
Mine has paper scraps. Little pieces from punches that I just know I can use for something! Ribbon tails, stickers, brads.........
great idea, i do that when i scrap and then put all the stuff away later :D
What's in mine? mostly bits of leftovers which should probably be thrown out... but you never know when you'll need a 1 inch piece of ribbon, some weird cut off of paper... or those extra buttons that come with a new shirt!
A basket or tray??? How about an entire 8 ft. desk! Shew... messy, messy, messy!

Mine's not even in a tray - it's all over my desk! The tray is an excellent idea and also I like the idea of using things out of it once a week to make a card.
One thing I do as I sort the extras like that off my desk is put anything I think I won't use into a box that I keep to take to our local recycling center. They tell me that other crafters love to get my odds and ends. This makes it easier for me to give up some of my leftovers.
LOL! I have about 10 junk boxes on my table!! So what do I have in them? Lots of stamped images that are extras or leftovers, bits of ribbon and fiber, small punched shapes and painted or inked shapes. Also stray brads or eyelets, tiny embellishments that were part of a set, and various pieces of chipboard, transparencies...you name it...it's there! I have also made a point of using some of the little extras on ATCs and cards.
I have something like that. But, it more like a pile of stuff that sits on top of some drawer next to my scrap table.
